Poetry Night 2

Poetry Night 2

On our second poetry night, we are going to move from simply reading to creating 📠

We are going to explore the greatest romance to ever exist in literature.

🖤 Percy Shelley and Mary Shelley Mary Shelley — the author of the classic novel Frankenstein as well as one of the most recognized monsters, Monster from Frankenstein.

Our night, however, is going to look into the work of her Husband, Percy Shelley, the poet as well as the author of the icon of the British Poetry, Ozymandias. Under the nickname "Lover of Mary Shelley," he published Ozymandias - 14 lines narrated by 3 different people.

💛At the very end of the night, we will encourage you, who are reading this, to create, to compose your modern adaptation of Ozymandias💛
